• Awareness of diagnostics_channel and AsyncLocalStorage would also help

Describe the session

• using syntax in AsyncLocalStorage and diagnostics_channel
• node:metrics module
• Composable tracing channels
• Lightweight spans (taking ideas from the Rust tracing crate and the swift-distributed-tracing package)
• Simplified protobuf in core to support OTLP (based on pprof-format)
