Currently, when any of the secrets referenced in DNSServiceConfig.spec.secretsToCopy or PlatformService.spec.imagePullSecrets is updated, the changes are not propagated to the platform or target clusters until the next Cluster reconciliation is triggered. This could lead to stale credentials and errors.
