plugin should enable a new 'post-build' action: "deploy to OpenShift" #41
Description
Include a basic configuration area for each post-build action - allowing for a different libra-server, username, auth token, and app-name.
Adding several of these post-builds actions should allow for deployment to multiple apps, or even multiple OpenShift clouds.
