Upgrading from v0.16 into v0.17

Issues:

• Module '"@orbit/record-cache"' has no exported member 'QueryResultData'
• Module '"@orbit/record-cache"' has no exported member named 'PatchResultData'

Is there any page where lists all changes which happened from v0.16 to v0.17?
Website does not have search functionality, and using search tool of browser does not give any result.

I'm getting: Assertion failed: StandardRecordNormalizer's 'keyMap' must be specified in order to lookup an 'id' from a 'key'.
What is the root cause of this issue?
