recover/recreate deleted workflow

Hi,
I did some mess and deleted a workflow before destroy the resource first :) yeah, I know I know... there is a red flag there... i was under stress... whatever 👯‍♂️

So basically I want to recreate the workflow to destroy the VM correctly. I still got everything about the VM in the state file, so:

• Is it possible to recreate a workflow with the data from the state file?
• Is it better just delete the resource in Azure and remove everything related to it in the state file and run a refresh?
• Any other idea?

What would it be the best approach to clean the resource?

Actually, I found out that recreating the workflow using the same workflow ID during the creation helped me to create a valid workflow to destroy the existing resources.
