Add option to sort menu from bottom to top

I think it'd be great if there were an option to sort the items on the menu from bottom to top. Right now, menu items are sorted like a list from the top, meaning a large blank space is left at the bottom of the menu if you make it larger or if it's not full of items. With Cinnamon's default layout (with the panel at the bottom) this requires more mouse movement to click on the icons. An option to have items snap to the bottom instead of the top would make selecting apps faster.

Use the Cinnamenu applet. You can reorder categories dragging them.
