Would it be possible to backport Mesa graphics stacks within backports from Ubuntu to Mint #1601

Ubuntu LTS (on which Mint is based) already has backports of the kernel and graphics stack. Maintaining the kernel, graphics stack and graphics drivers is a huge job that the small mint team, already overloaded with much else, would not be able to do and it is better to let Ubuntu take care of it as it already does a lot in this regard. |

Well, I don't really know how to start this ask, but here it will be;
In some way, default Mesa graphics are a bit underpowered for Ivy Bridge CPUs and older hardware, requiring to scale down the resolution or disable lots of stuff to be able to run a game (not a recent title, but something that can run in any operating system, specially distros of Linux), and they can run really well on other distros
My idea would either bring kisak mesa, or backport Noble/Jammy/Resolute's backports of Mesa and other graphics stacks for

In the above screenshot, I am running Mesa 26.1.4 thanks to Kisak, and as far as I know, PopOS 22.04 brings Ubuntu 24.04's Mesa and Nvidia for extended driver support, so I wonder if it is hard or easy to bring Noble's backports for the current supported Mint releases (21.x, 22.x, and in the future, 23.x)
