How to access my Venmo without my phone

So I lost my phone and can’t access my Venmo account because I can’t receive the code for the two step verification process and I can’t access my Google account for the save reason. Also can’t just buy a phone because I can’t access my bank 🤷🏼 any suggestions please I need help.
