Phoenix won't open after installation. It immediately crashes every time

Hi! I was wondering if anyone had this issue as well or if anyone knows how to fix it. I just installed phoenix on my windows 10 device and once it was done setting up, it didn't even open and instead sent me an error message that read: "oops! phoenix code crashed! :( The app crashed unexpectedly with error: 'No specific error message available' ". I'm very new to coding (barely know the basics of HTML) so please be patient with me ^^''

Heyy @VinkeiTheMothia, sorry about the issue you’re facing. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? If not, please try that, as it should fix the problem. Be sure to delete all Phoenix app data as well.

Thanks! But I've tried multiple times and it still doesn't seem to work. I've deleted all the data as well. I don't know what else to do

Are you from the EU region on windows with some edge/some Microsoft components disabled?
