Quarto Typst + Revealjs conditional formatting when using ggiraph inside content-visible blocks

Description

I’m trying to render a single Quarto document to both Typst (for PDF) and Revealjs (for HTML slides), and I’m getting this error. The error is happening when it is trying to render the pdf document.

Error: Functions that produce HTML output found in document targeting typst output.
Please change the output type of this document to HTML.
If you're aiming to have some HTML widgets shown in non-HTML format as a screenshot,
please install webshot or webshot2 R package for knitr to do the screenshot, and configure it by looking at its documentation.
Alternatively, you can allow HTML output in non-HTML formats
by adding this option to the YAML front-matter of
your quarto file:

prefer-html: true

Note however that the HTML output will not be visible in non-HTML formats.

Conditional content is not conditional evaluation.
These are two different things.

What you need here is conditional evaluation:

For now, conditional evaluation is accessible to R users using knitr::pandoc_to() function. It can be used to check the format and use this as conditional in your cell. See https://pkg.yihui.org/knitr/manual.html#sec:man-output_type

quarto-dev/quarto-r#285 is about leveraging the Quarto information directly which can offer more custom check.
