Cant build a new base image

At the current date, september 2024, is hard to build the base image of the project.

If you do

docker build -t phpldapadmin .

Standing at the "image" folder, the process cant complete and throws various errors.

1. problems with the GPG key of the nginx repository
2. cant install the runit package

And if are more issues, I can't got them.

The past year the repository builts fine.
