Ensure file handling supports deep paths #6

Yoshimitsu reported a case in DLE 1.12.32 where exporting textures failed due to a deep (> MAX_PATH) folder structure. In DLE.NET we shouldn't have any need to be constrained to this; just need to ensure it works and that we aren't using statically-allocated file path buffers anymore.
