Make a batch of OTUs and descriptions public

Upon publication of a dataset, it is easy one click per collection to make that collection public and thus all the specimens in that collection. However, one currently has to individually go through the OTUs and the Descriptions to make each public. Can we figure out a faster way to make batches of these data public? One possibility might be through the group- can there be a function to move everything within a group into Public?

This is interesting and we are thinking about how to implement it
