Prepare official Dify proposal issue and PR plan

Goal

Prepare a draft proposal issue and Marketplace PR plan aimed at langgenius/dify-plugins, so the project can later explain the BookStack plugin value and its readiness state before an actual submission.

Proposal issue should explain

• BookStack is an open-source knowledge base / documentation platform.
• Many teams may already use self-hosted BookStack as an internal documentation source.
• Dify can orchestrate AI workflows, agents, approvals, and content generation.
• This plugin connects Dify and BookStack to support AI-assisted document generation, publishing, synchronization, and knowledge-base accumulation.
• The planned or current plugin capability set should be described clearly, including:
  • read page
  • publish / update page
  • sync book / chapter / page
  • metadata mapping
  • self-hosted BookStack credentials
• source repository URL
• current Marketplace readiness state
• the key question to Dify maintainers: whether this integration is a good fit for Dify Marketplace submission

PR plan should include

• Fork langgenius/dify-plugins.
• Create the author/plugin directory using repository conventions.
• Package the plugin as .difypkg.
• Place source or packaged artifacts according to the target repository conventions.
• Submit a PR with a clear description.
• Respond to reviewer feedback.
• Track stale review state if needed.

Acceptance Criteria

• A future-ready draft for the official proposal issue is defined.
• A future-ready draft for the Marketplace PR description is defined.
• The task clearly states that actual official issue / PR submission happens later, not in this issue-planning step.

Notes

This issue prepares communication artifacts only. It does not mean the agent should open an issue in langgenius/dify or langgenius/dify-plugins now. If early official communication is needed, prefer langgenius/dify-plugins over the main langgenius/dify repository.
