How to get a List of Devices along with all device properties with the new version?

We are using currently the below call to get the devices.
logicMonitorClient.GetDevicesPageAsync(new LogicMonitor.Api.Filters.Filter<LogicMonitor.Api.Devices.Device> { }, new CancellationToken()).Result.Items

Unbale to understand how to do it with the new version. Could someone help here please.

Devices are now "Resources", in line with LogicMonitor's new nomenclature.

Try (from memory):

var resourceFilter = new Filter<Resource>() { ... };

var resources = logicMonitor.GetAllAsync(resourceFilter, cancellationToken);
