Plugin causing indexing error

Hi, it appears that when PapersGPT is in use, it clashes with Zotero's PDF indexing feature.

When I disable the plugin, it still appears beside the search bar. I have to totally shut down Zotero and restart it. Once I restart Zotero without PapersGPT activated, I can index the PDF.

From the errors in your screenshot, it described the table indexing.fulltextwords missing, this table is not related to PapersGPT.
Could you please give a detailed example which can reproduce your issue? Thanks!

Now I have reactivated PapersGPT, the icon reppears beside the search bar. But when I click on the icon, it prompted this, and doesn't open the chat window as well.

I am pretty sure the 1st screenshot I showed you, was error indexing PDF when I have PapersGPT enabled. I can't index the PDF. When I disable PapersGPT, shut down Zotero from task manager, relaunch Zotero, and run index, Zotero successful indexed the PDF.

I had tried many times and came to the conclusion that there's conflict somewhere, so had to seek your help 💯

Maybe it is conflict with the sqlite db connection. What is your Zotero version?

It's under Edit -> Settings -> Advanced.

Hi! I've updated to v0.3.8, and it's working fine now. There's no error in auto indexing PDFs when having the plugin activated. It's much appreciated!

But there's another error. I downloaded local LLM Gemma 3-4b via PapersGPT interface,. But when I tried to use it, it just don't respond and timed out. I closed off Zotero and restarted, Gemma 3-4b disappeared from the selection pane of PapersGPT but was reflected in my system file.

Furthermore, I think I am missing a few other options for Local LLM.

Not sure what is causing the issue.
