确认已设置Google为默认助理应用，并且没有使用其他限制后台启动的模块或软件
Make sure you have set Google as the default assistant app, and no other modules or apps that restrict background startup are being used
On my device, Google Assistant launches instead of Google CTS when holding home button in button navigation bar.

Open micts app, trigger quick tiles, and holding home button in gesture navbar launches Google CTS correctly except horizontal capture

EDIT: I recently tried using gesture navbar to try reproduce this bug and Google CTS actually works. Only button navbar does not trigger Google CTS.
