Constructing KLV message of multiple key-value groups

Greetings.
Currently, we are able to encode a single key-value pair. How can we create KLV message as key-value groups, generally - converting a dictionary into single KLV message ?

At this time, this package only parses KLV packets and streams. Pull requests are welcome to add encoding capability.
