Look again at naming to remove the "Default" prefix

We should try to get rid of the Default* naming scheme since it's not providing any useful information for the user. Instead we should think about to clearify what the class actually does, even if it is the default behaviour right now.

Not all default could be removed but some were cleaned up. Still some classes with the prefix therefore not closing. Feel free to add suggestions!
