blank page

After I installed and add to provider ,i got a blank page ,would you happen to know what the problem is ,thank you so much

if i add with quotes 'Bootstrapper\BootstrapperServiceProvider', I got error "class Bootstrapper\BootstrapperServiceProvider " not found, if i remove the quotes like other providers , i got blank page
