Single KYB link for all supported regions

Context

Currently business users have to create a quote and then do a KYB, ideally they should be directly be able to do the KYB from the UI for the selected region they want to

Acceptance criteria

• Business user should be able to access the URL kyb.vortexfinance.co. kyb.vortexfinance.co will then resolve/redirect to the widget URL and pass URL parameters to the widget that make clear that this is a 'deep link' to the KYC/B part of the widget, and no quote shall be needed to proceed that part. What the exact URL parameters for signifying this shall be is not defined yet. It would also be nice if users could enter e.g. kyb.vortexfinance.co?region=BR and the redirect then prefills the region selector or skips that entirely.
• On entering the page, they should be able to enter the email and then submit the OTP (existing login/signup card/flow)
• On the next page, they should see a dropdown to select the region they want to KYB for. ex. Brazil, Europe, USA etc. (new card)
• Depending on the selection they should proceed with the respective KYB, if headless then on vortex. If not headless then redirect (existing kyc/b cards)
• Once the KYB is completed, show the success screen.
• If the user stop the KYB midway, send them a reminder email
