It might be useful for experimenting with recipes - when recipe is enabled with baseline, as a user i still want to have possibility to try running it on all codebase manually.
It should be user friendly -> create separate MR from regular recipe run - even separate branch, because if i would not want to accept the changes, i would have to delete the branch manually and that is not user friendly :-)
