V21 tasks and deprecations tracker

The following subtasks have to be executed during the V21 upgrade.

• Remove deprecated reset and search on search-filter component
• Enforce ChangeDetectionStrategy.OnPush
• Fix table row drag not happening on first clicks (v20.6.1)
• Lock table record row dragging visually within tbody element (v20.6.1)
