Pagination for getDirectoryContents

Is there a pagination params for getDirectoryContents query ?
as below:

client.getDirectoryContents('/root',{
  rows: '20-40' // means find the items from 20 - 40 
})

There is not, but I'd happily accept a PR adding this as an optional feature.
