Balance mod for Civilization 4 as developed by the Realms Beyond gaming community.
This is NOT a full compilable solution. This repo includes only the changed source files for the mod. To compile it, overlay these onto the source folder included with Civ 4 Beyond the Sword. This is usually at [install dir]\Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\CvGameCoreDLL.
