Feature-request: custom process name

For homogeneous process group it would be nice to have
foobarlongnameololo:11
instead of
foobarlongnameololo:foobarlongnameololo_11

@ov7a Just a heads-up, while I try to maintain this module for people who are using it, I don't have the opportunity to use it in production anymore, so I don't add features. A PR implementing this would be welcome.

While trying to fix this feature, I probably found another issue.

It seems that only homogeneous can be controlled by this code, as only program_name is checked against processes. Am I right?
@estahn, may be you can say something about this? Do/did you use/test group feature from 62ece31?
