STAGING monitors: trigger values shown are current, not what they were at time of breach #468
Description
Maybe you know this since it's staging, but when you change a trigger value, it will change all the trigger values in the history of breaches rather than showing the trigger value at the time listed. In the example below, the trigger values were in breach when the value was -50 and 50. I changed it to -9e9 and 9e9 just now.
