A small framework for benchmarking different queue implementations. Currently we
benchmark ConcurrentQueue and MultiTailQueue in different scenarios:
- Threads enqueue a bunch of items
- Threads dequeue a bunch of items
- Threads enqueue a bunch of items while on thread continuously dequeues items
