wifi refresh isnt working

when I connect my iphone to the wifi for wifi refresh i get this:

I have the same issue. The only option that works is the usb option, for that press ENTER, then press t, then ENTER again.

I have the same issue. Tethered option works but not wireless. When I attempt to refresh my apps in wireless mode, the python script seems to be able to detect that I'm trying to refresh my apps, but ends up failing with Failed to handle request:AltServer coul86 (86d not find the device.)
