Replace current home screen with a feed of user-relevant stuff, a bottom nav for common pages, and a pop out menu for other pages.
Could take this as opportunity to generally clean up the transitions. Add some nice 'image zoom in' type transitions when following links, ensure images are loaded before rendering, etc.
