Add link validation to CI

We've been seeing expiring links on the website quite often. Currently, we're not very effective at identifying and removing expired links, so we may want to implement automation to address this issue.

would like to work on this issue , can you please assign it to me and guide a bit on what level of validation is needed or just the non expired is gtg?
