Division (/) operator is not working

When using the division operator ('/'), ptscheme responds with "Error 342: unknown procedure type"

"quotent" is defined and "/" is defined using it in the standard library. So, really, to resolve this ptscheme should automatically load the standard library unless perhaps a command-line parm of '-nostd' or something is passed.

The workaround for this bug is to load the standard library manually.
