make doc error: make: Nothing to be done for 'doc'.

Cloned the latest version of the iDMA project, installed Bender 0.24.0 in the Windows-WSL2 virtual environment, but when executing "make doc", the output files were not generated as expected. May I ask what attempts can be made?
