kernel.spec: move modules.builtin to kernel-core

RPM provides are generated (also) from modules.builtin.
kernel-modules-core currently list also Provides for all builtin
modules, which is wrong, since these are provided by kernel-core.
Move modules.builtin to kernel-core package.
