Ability to switch Spotify devices

Spotify is currently playing on my phone; spotifycli --playpause will toggle play/pause on my phone. To move the playback to my computer, I manually have to switch the device in the Spotify GUI to "This Computer". It would be nice if this were possible with spotifycli.

Thanks for the suggestion, I haven't tested this tool with switching between phone and desktop. Tool is intended to work with desktop only, but if anyone is willing to implement such feature, I'm open for the new PRs.
