New ISA-L release

Hi!

There's a new ISA-L release, 2.32.0, with a fix for a pretty nasty bug on aarch64.

Upstream bug report: intel/isa-l#316
Upstream commit with fix: intel/isa-l@a46e3f1

Would it be possible to get that dependency bumped and new wheels released? Currently we've just moved igzip off the read path and are using Python gzip to work around this.

There are some issues that can be fixed relatively easy and need doing and which warrants a new release.

I put them in a project: python-isal 1.9.0

I will work on it when I have the time. I can't give an ETA now. Due to health issues my time at the computer is limited. Expect multiple weeks.

@rhpvorderman happy to help out with the version bump at the very least, as this is a pretty nasty bug, we'll probably end up forking internally in the near-term- and sorry to hear about the health issues.
