Social login with different provider fails second time for a user

Reproduction steps:

• Login with a social provider (Google/GitHub). It succeeds
• Then try to login with a different social app. This time it will show a signup form. When you try to signup with an username and email it says you need to sign in with the original social auth provider.

The correct flow should be to allow sign in via any other social provider as long as user email is verified in first step.
