Can you add filters:
- ability to specify a filter based on text or regex with default and and explicit OR rules.
- a filter can have one of more expressions
- a filter can have actions on a match: mark read, star, label (see separate request for labels)
- limit feed to set of feeds, or a folder.
filters are applied during feed fetch and can also be applied to a feed or folder manually.
