Fix Linux/MacOS builds

While testing reader-project on Fedora, the app did not load at all. It ended up with a blank page. It did used to work once upon a time in initial release, something must have happened during the development process that broke it. Currently only windows is supported.

• Setup VMs and try to build reader-project
• Debug, Trace, and fix any issues that is causing errors in Linux builds
• Also fix issue with MacOS platform unable to build due to conflict in naming of node side-car app.
