Error in Content configuration of page type

Clicking on the "Content and Configuration" Tab of the page detail should not display error like "widget.page_type.no_js_exists".
It should say something like "full_text_search requires no special configuration"

Actually, with such a page type, it should just not display the configuration panel at all. I wanted to do this but forgot about it.
Also, this issue probably belongs to cms-base because it affects all non-configurable page types.
