[OUTDATED]: build instructions

Current Information

in the building instructions, the kernel build instructions don't mention needing the KERNCONF=RAVYN flag

Proposed Update

i'm not entirely sure what that flag does, but zoe said it was necesarry on discord

this also i think applies to the bootstrapping x86 page
and possibly the COMPILERTYPE=clang flag, but again i don't know if that's necesarry
