Make sink batch size configurable

Within the extraction process, there is a concept of batch size but we only ever use the default batch size of 1. Being able to configure batch size would be beneficial in some sinks as the number of round trips can be drastically reduced.

Allow configuring an optional parameter for sinks to define the batch size and use the same while extracting assets.
