RG-23 (react-gtk) support for importing modules in from C/C++ into JS

Similarly to the ReactNative's "Native Modules". This should allow a developer to create a module in a C/C++ and use a binding to it from within the JavaScript. This will probably use the GObject Introspection, but the process should be simplified.
