Allow file attachments from the Customer #31

When a Customer fills out the generic support form on RBM.com, they are able to attach screenshots and stuff. But from RBP Support they can not do this.

We should be able to encode a string attachment similar to the debug file. We just may need to impose some kind of file size limit and perhaps even restrict it to just image files.
