I'm having this issue as well. @sejoDjoseon does the React code have to be setup in the project before building or is it possibly an issue with the API key?

We never had this error. The only thing I can say is, we are forcing the version 2.5.4 in Podfile. pod 'KustomerChat', '2.5.4'

Correct @sejoDjoseon , @cobytalley I got it working by passing down the correct pod version to my podfile, But it is a couple versions behind the latest. I am busy taking the time to write our own implementation with the latest sdk version KustomerChat (2.7.4)

Kustomer has deprecated a lot of these functions in their later releases. @cobytalley
