feat: add comprehensive SSO/SAML management and fix Cloud database backup

## Major Features Added

### SSO/SAML Management (19 new commands)
Complete enterprise authentication integration with:

**SSO Configuration:**
- show, update, delete, test SSO configuration
- Proper --force confirmations for destructive operations

**SAML Management:**
- show, update SAML configuration
- get SAML metadata, upload SAML certificates
- Complete certificate lifecycle management

**User Mapping (6 commands):**
- list, show, create, update, delete SSO user mappings
- Map SSO users to local accounts with role assignments
- Full CRUD with --force confirmations

**Group Mapping (4 commands):**
- list, create, update, delete SSO group mappings
- Map SSO groups to local roles
- Enterprise-grade group management

### Cloud Database Operations
- Fix Cloud database backup functionality
- Complete database backup integration with task monitoring
