Feature: Auto Tag

It would be good if this action supported tagging via a Post step.

with:
apply-tag: [always | on_success | never] ( default never for backwards compatibility)

Interesting idea

We had kept this to single purpose "do one thing well" so far ... but maybe optionally plugging in something like https://github.com/softprops/action-gh-release could be the way
