Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): add Glama badge for the StitchAPI Docs MCP
 server

Links to the now-live Glama directory listing (glama.ai/mcp/servers/@rejifald/StitchAPI). Placed outside the yakir-managed `readme-badges` block so it doesn't trip the badge drift tether.
