Improve the invoices page so that it shows clients, plan, and status. Add DM notifications for past-due.

Currently the /invoices view looks like this:

We can put the additional info here about client subscription status, and the DM reminder sending.

It says "unknown", it should have the pubkey/profile, the plan, the balance. Etc.
