Relm Docker Container & Cloudron

I've started an effort towards making Relm deployable as a container. The general goal is to make Relm support containerization, and the specific goal is to create a docker container for Cloudron which is a self-hosting solution that I use for my home server.

TODO:

• Add runtime client configuration (commit)
• Create a docker container with Caddy HTTP & Websocket reverse proxy (repo)
• Distribute default assets as a bundle
• Install assets at container build time
• Map Cloudron env vars to Relm env vars
• Test Twilio config on Cloudron
• Test docker container deployment to Cloudron self-hosted server
• Stretch goal: use Cloudron built-in TURN server & self-hosted MiroTalk SFU for audio/video
